职责描述：
关键任务MISSION
• 根据相关业务和生产过程的需求，挖掘数据的相关价值，并开发相应的模型, 算法和软件系统。利用开发的系统，对当前业务流程进行优化, 或增强现场生产过程的控制 (ex:提高设备综合效率OEE，降低生产报废和额外消耗…)
• According to the needs of relevant business and production process, to mine the relevant value of data, to develop relevant modeling, algorithms, and software system. By using the developed system, to optimize the current working flow, or increase the production/process control in the factory shop floor, (ex: increase the equipment OEE; reduce the production scrap and additional usage…)
主要责任 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• 根据对相关业务或过程控制的理解，在对应领域的专家支持下，进行问题建模，分析对应的变量和需要的数据
• 配合对应工程师从业务或设备底层收集，清理和存储“需求数据”
• 根据最终业务目标，在相关领域专家的配合下，对数据进行分析和挖掘，并建立相应数学模型，开发相关算法并利用计算机语言进行编程，最终形成应用系统。针对生产过程的控制问题，还需要和自动化工程师配合，将开发的系统和PLC对接，实现对现场生产过程的监控和控制
• 在实际生产现场进行POC测试，验证和评估相应的模型，优化算法，将相关方案完善成可以投入生产应用的系统（比如：某个预测性维修系统，预测性质量控制系统…）
• 协助所开发系统的部署，跟踪系统在实际生产中的表现，并准备后续的升级优化
• 参与公司数据架构和相关系统的搭建，为数据架构工程师提供后续数据挖掘业务的技术要求
• 对工厂提供数据库维护，查询及简单开发的相关技术支持和指导。对工厂的数字化制造工程师提供《数据库知识》，以及初级的《数据挖掘工具》的培训
• 参加总部的数据挖掘技术讨论，和欧洲，北美的数据挖掘工程师定期进行相关技术交流。参与某些全球数据挖掘项目的开发
• 100% 执行LOTO （Lock Out / Tag Out）
• 紧急情况下员工被授权可以按设备急停按钮，中断生产
• Based on the understanding of relevant business or process control, with the support of experts in the relevant field, to conduct problem modeling, and analyze the corresponding variables and required data
• Cooperate with corresponding engineers to collect, clean and store the “ Required DATA” from the business or equipment
• According to the final business objectives, with the support of experts in the relevant field, to analyze and mine the data, establish corresponding mathematical models, develop relevant algorithms and use computer language to program, and finally form an application system. For the production process control case, it is also necessary to cooperate with the automation engineer to connect the developed system with PLC, to realize the monitoring and production process control
• Carry out the POC test in real production site, to verify and evaluate the corresponding model, optimize the algorithm, and finalize the relevant system which can be put into mass production application (such as a predictive maintenance system, predictive quality control system...)
• Assist the deployment of the developed system, track the performance of the system in real production, and prepare for the subsequent upgrade and optimization
• Participate in the construction of the company's data architecture and related systems, and provide data architecture engineers with technical requirements for subsequent data mining business
• Provide technical support and guidance for database maintenance, query and simple development in the plant. Provide database knowledge and primary data mining tools training for digital manufacturing engineers in factories
• Participate in the ＜ Data Mining＞ technical discussion of the headquarters, also the regular technical exchanges with data mining engineers in Europe and North America. To participate in the development of some global data mining projects
• 100% LOTO (lock out / tag out)
• In case of emergency, the employee is authorized to press the emergency stop button of the equipment to interrupt the production，

1. 本科或研究生毕业，在校有参与《大数据挖掘》的相关项目经验
Graduated from Bachelor or Master degree, with relevant project experience in big data mining
2. 或者至少1年以上在企业从事数据挖掘或机器学习工作经验
Or Minimum 1 years’ experience for Data Mining / Machine Learning
